Our Vision

Our partnership formed in 2016 based off of a shared vision of an all-inclusive mind, body, soul therapy center. Our goal is to offer a variety of holistic approaches to enhance emotional well being such as yoga, group counseling, acupuncture, workshops, and more.

We currently offer individual, couples, and family therapy for children and adults at our office in East Brunswick.

We are in the beginning stages and we invite you to follow us on this exciting journey.

Breann D'Alessandro, LCSW

My focus is working with couples who are dating, married or separated. I have experience working with interracial, lesbian, gay and straight couples. I help with issues relating to communication, trust, infidelity, finances, parenting and family.

I also work with adolescents and adults dealing with issues such as difficult life transitions, low self-esteem, anxiety and stress.

I go beyond the typical empathy and coping skills approach. I help you develop a deeper understanding of the impact external influences have on how you view yourself. With that understanding I can help you change and broaden your perspective to create your own path and find what works for you.

Jacqueline Crocker, LCSW

My expertise is working with children, teens, and young adults, assisting them with developing healthy expression of emotions, improving self-esteem, and dealing with issues such as anger, self-harm, depression, and anxiety. I provide support, guidance, and advocacy to parents in order to enhance functioning at home, in school, and in the community. Therapy can be uncomfortable and feeling understood is most important. I focus on establishing a trusting relationship through compassion and non judgement, which helps to safely explore issues in a warm and collaborative way.
